No, because the train does not work like a bus. It is only for round trips. Therefore, after enjoying the tour, you return to your starting point on the same train.

There are several pickup points along the main coast road, so you can choose the one that serves you best. Please take into consideration that not all tours go by from all the pickup points. If you are not sure where to pick up the train from, please contact us and we will be happy to guide you.

When the train excursion is complete, you can inform the escort or the driver and they will let you know if it is possible. Usually there is no problem.

Our trains travel every day during the season, even on Sundays or public holidays.

You can book your tickets online or at our train kiosks, as well as at selected hotel receptions and travel agencies.
We recommend that you book your ticket at least one hour before the tour to ensure your participation.

Our online booking system allows reservations up to 30 minutes before the pick-up time from each point. However, if there is availability, you can buy a ticket until the last minute at the sales points.

Yes, you can have a small foldable pushchair with you. Please inform us if you have to take a big one with you.

We consider it our duty to offer the same services to all visitors and we are proud of the possibility we give disabled people to participate in our tours. We currently own 3 trains that are disabled friendly. These special trains have a mechanism in the last carriage, so that the wheelchair can be entered as it is, with the passenger seated. However, there is only room for one wheelchair and a reservation must be made the day before for this vehicle.

If the wheelchair is small and foldable and the guest can sit in a regular seat, then he/she can travel on any train.

We wish you to enjoy every moment of your journey and we try to ensure that family and friends can all sit together. Therefore it is not always possible to choose where to sit and we urge you to cooperate with the escort on this.

Yes, the train is offered for private tours or happenings. If you are interested in hiring a private train please contact us.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you have made a reservation and cannot join the tour, there are the options to change the date or excursion (of equal value).

HIGHLAND EXPRESS tour:

• For all children under 12 years old must be paid the child fare.
• The regular fare must be bought for passengers ≥ 12 years old.

FOR THE REST SIGHTSEEING TOURS:

• Babies and toddlers under 3 years old travel for free.
• The Child Fare is for children ≥3 and <12.
• The Regular Fare must be bought for passengers ≥12 years old.

WATERPARK LIMNOUPOLIS (includes the transfer both ways and the entrance fee)

• Babies and toddlers under 3 years old travel and enter the waterpark for free.
• The Child Fare is for children ≥3 and <12 AND for adults over 60 years old.
• The regular fare must be bought for passengers ≥12 years old.
